Safety Guidelines & FAQ's

Virtual Reality Entertainment Systems are designed to trick your senses into thinking you are in an environment that you are not really in. By doing this some of your normal senses do not function in their normal manner, so care must be taken to keep participants safe.

It is essential that all participants agree to and follow our safety procedures at all times when using our systems.

  1. Staff Supervision. Our trained staff supervise every ride and rider. Participants must comply with all instructions given. Failure to do so will result in non-participation.
  2. Medical Conditions. Our systems involve motion and sensory perception. For this reason they may not be suitable for persons with certain medical conditions, such as: Pregnancy, Heart Conditions, Motion Sickness, Vision Impairment, Epilepsy, Phsychiatric Disorders. If you are uncertain please check with our staff.
  3. Discomfort. If at any stage on our rides you feel discomfort, simply remove your headset.
  4. Clothing. It is recommended that riders wear casual, loose-fitting clothing.
  5. Alcohol and Drugs. No-one suspected to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs will be permitted to use the systems.
  6. Children (up to 12 years). May only use the rides with parental/guardian approval.
  7. No food or drink may be brought on to our premises. (Water fountain available). If you are using our mobile party service we recommend that food is served after the VR experience.
